Nursing Specialties
From one of the largest Emergency Departments in Kansas City, to our open heart surgery program, nurses can choose from a variety of medical specialty areas. North Kansas City Hospital nurses are offered 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts and individualized orientation with a preceptorship concept. We offer the flexibility of full-time, part-time and PRN schedules and we have one of the best nurse-to-patient ratios in the area.
