A report released by Florida Department of Economic Development has revealed the jobs with the highest demand statewide for 2014-2015.
The Statewide and Regional Demand Occupation List is based on occupations and their annual percent growth in the state of Florida.
Florida’s minimum wage increased to $8.05 on January 1, 2015. The average hourly wage of the top occupations demanded in the state are at least double the minimum wage. Scroll through the slideshow above to see the top jobs demanded in the state, the number of annual openings and the mean hourly wage, based on 2013 wages.
